The first time I ever worked with Lee Aaron, I was bowled over by her talent. I’d only known her as the rock act constantly featured on MuchMusic. Not really my style, but when I was hired to do the jazz thing with her in 2001 – after turning it down three times! – I was knocked out from the very first song. And it wasn’t just the music I liked, but that’s a whole other story! 😉 So proud to see her get this well deserved recognition. And congratulations to all the other inductees – I’ve been lucky enough to play with five of the acts listed.
